He is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut as Foreign Legal Consultant and as In house Counsel.
As a member of the International Law Committee of the Rome Bar, he run a cooperation program between the Order of Rome Lawyers and the Hartford County Bar Association.
He partecipates in conferences as moderator and speaker with American and Italian panelists.
He served as President of Rome Bar Examining Committee.
He periodically publishes articles on legal matters.
He is a member of various associations like the National Italian American Bar Association, the Center of American Studies, the Italy – USA Foundation.
In 2006 he was invited to attend for three months the works of the House of Representatives in Hartford, Connecticut. We help American citizens in tracing their roots to their Italian Ancestors, in order to apply for Italian citizenship. We assist them in researching possible properties inherited in Italy, both lands and buildilng units. In general, we assist American citizens in relation to any issue in Italy, like for instance torts, compensations, etc. We have also represented U.S. businesses against Italian counterparts.
